What to Send

Artwork file (image JPG/PNG ≤ 5 MB; video MP4 H.264 ≤ 20 MB; gif ≤ 8 MB)
Poster image for videos (recommended)
Metadata (see JSON example)
Date your work was created/published (YYYY-MM-DD)

Filenames & Folders

Images → /contributors/assets/images/
Videos → /contributors/assets/videos/
GIFs → /contributors/assets/gifs/
Use lowercase, hyphenated names (e.g., lotus-over-the-pond.jpg)

For videos, include "poster": "/contributors/assets/images/lotus-poster.jpg" and set "media_type": "video".

Review & Publishing

We check for quality, format, author attribution, and fit with the Lore.
Approved works are added to the gallery (usually within a few days).
By submitting, you allow us to display your work on ToadAid with credit.
