ToadAid is built for Toadgang, for the fallen, and for the people. Some systems remain private while their security, authority, provenance, and personal-data boundaries are hardened. This page shows the work without pretending unfinished systems are finished.

Public visibility does not require exposing every unfinished repository. The people can see the roots growing while the forge remains governed.

🛡️ Why some repositories remain private

Private during hardening does not mean hidden forever

These systems contain evolving authority surfaces, inherited-code boundaries, local-machine access, personal-agent state, wallet integration, and security assumptions that must be reviewed before public release. Opening everything at once would create confusion and risk rather than trust.

The public record therefore focuses on architecture, milestones, screenshots, sanitized receipts, doctrines, and completed artifacts while the underlying forges continue to mature.

We are not hiding the mission. We are protecting the people while the machinery is still being hardened.
